Hi, my name is Panos Nasopoulos
From a young age, I immersed myself in various sports, driven by a love for competition and physical activity. However, along the way, I encountered my fair share of injuries and setbacks. It was during these moments of injury and rehabilitation that I truly grasped the profound impact of physiotherapy on restoring function and relieving pain.
Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to honing my skills and knowledge in physiotherapy. My educational background includes a Master’s in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam, and training in Biomedical Acupuncture and Dry Needling from the University of West Attica & Shanghai University. Prior to that, I completed my Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy at the University of West Attica in Greece.
My professional journey spans various settings and experiences. I’ve worked with a diverse range of patients, from those with chronic conditions to high performing athletes with acute injuries. My career started in 2018 in a sport team in Athens, where I gained invaluable experience in managing acute athletic injuries and planning rehabilitation programs for the athletes of the club. Subsequently, I furthered my expertise in treating injuries and orthopedic issues during working in private rehabilitation centers in Athens till 2022.
In 2023, I joined Rug Expertise Centrum in Amsterdam as a Physiotherapist, where I focus on optimizing functional outcomes and promoting pain relief for musculoskeletal patients. My approach to physiotherapy is rooted in continuous learning and innovation. I’ve pursued various certifications and attended conferences to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.
In my practice, I emphasize a patient-centered approach, starting with comprehensive assessments to understand everyone’s unique needs. I employ a variety of rehabilitation techniques and equipment tailored to the patient’s diagnosis and goals. Above all, I am committed to helping individuals regain mobility, alleviate pain, and improve their quality of life. My journey in physiotherapy continues to be driven by a deep-seated passion for making a positive difference in the lives of my patients.
